With Courage anything is Possible

Being proud of your achievements means congratulating yourself and accepting the praise of others.

Display your successes in your Hall of Fame and view them frequently to remind yourself that it is like you to be a Success.

Recognise your successes as milestones towards achieving your ambition.

Use the things you learn from each competition or training experience to create training goals, which when trained become performance solutions that you can use in competition to further your Success.

Be inspired by the Successes of others , for instance as a Hurdler you can gain inspiration from fellow Club Athlete Molly White who continues to shine as a 75m Hurdler, frequently bettering her PB. Congratulations Molly.

Success comes to those who train appropriately. Your Coach is your guide, Your Family and Club are your support network. Remember to thank them.

Wishing all of our athletes every Success this 2019 season and beyond.
